"I was delighted to be able to stay in a place with the suite arrangement amenities including a kitchenette and "free" ethernet for an extremely reasonable rate. The staff is very friendly and accomodating.
I had booked on-line for what was supposedly the best rate (the message sent after I booked was "you have saved $6.00 by booking on line)", to only find lower rates being advertised by the hotel when I arrived. I inquired about the discrepancy, and the lady working the front desk and the manager overhearing my comment immediately replied in concert, "not a problem", and I was given the lower rate. What a pleasant change for customer service.
I will stay there again when we are lucky enough to be awarded the projects I am marketing for my company in the Sioux Falls area.
